How long should I stay on the Mount?
To enjoy the full experience, we recommend ticket holders set aside one to two hours to see the castle or garden, the harbour village, gallery, shops and cafes. For combination tickets, castle and garden, we recommend two to four hours to make the most of your Mount experience. Bear in mind, you’ll need to walk or boat across and back. You should allow at least an hour in total for this journey time.
Finally, if you have a late time slot, remember that the last entry to the garden and castle is at 4pm and the island closes at 5pm.
